Process Equipment Services
Process Equipment Services LLC (PES) is the service division of Process Equipment Sales & Service. PES is a Certified Repair Facility for Lightnin Mixers & Milton Roy Metering Pumps. The shop is equipped with 3 phase power, a 7 ton forklift, 1 ton overhead crane, plant air, paint spray booth, sand blasting cabinet, 1 ton service van, 230 & 460 volt variable frequency drives, and metering pump test station.
In House Capabilities
In addition to in-house repair of mixers, metering pumps, and all aspects of rotating equipment, PES has assembled numerous complex skid systems including wiring, plumbing, welding, polishing and PLC programming. PES maintains an inventory of common spare parts including motors, gear drives, mechanical seals, shafts, impellers and repair kits for quick shipment.
Field Services
PES offers field installation services of mixers, pumps and systems including complete turn-key services with IQ/OQ Certification, start-up assistance and commissioning. PES will also perform preventative maintenance in the field, system trouble shooting, equipment change-overs and modifications as well as tank entry. PES personnel are fully trained and qualified for Confined Space situations. PES will sub-contract as necessary to secure all necessary service for a complete installation including trades, rigging, rentals and personnel.
