Sample Hot Water Circulation System
IPEC designs and builds water circulation systems as stand alone units or integrates them into process or utility systems. Our in-house engineering group designs the systems to meet a customers specific requirement, selecting the appropriate materials of construction and equipment. The systems are constructed by IPEC's competent fabrication group and then pressure and dry tested. Optional wet testing of the systems is available upon request. A complete documentation package provided with each system ensures regulatory compliance and assists in validation

Sample Batching & Blending Systems
IPEC's custom designed Blending and Batching Systems are constructed to meet each individual process requirement. Utilizing flowmeter and load cell technology, the systems precisely blend or batch multiple ingredients simultaneously. Our PLC and PC based control systems with state of the art automation and information management capabilities allow integration of process, CIP control, reporting and data collection. All systems are constructed by our competent fabrication group and thoroughly tested prior to shipment.
